Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Description:
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team of health and wellness professionals providing In-Home services. The BCBA will be responsible for working with and overseeing our ABA Therapists whilst also assessing patients with a variety of behavioral and emotional symptoms and creating individualized treatment plans. The BCBA should have patience and empathy to work with a population of clients that have Autism Spectrum Disorders, emotional control issues and to oversee the services provided by our ABA Therapists. The ideal candidate should have exceptional communication and problem-solving skills and a record of effective behavior modification.
